– Customers when opening packages must record a video of the opening process and inspect the package to determine the responsibilities of the parties(Cuisinevietnams, carriers) when there is a product quality issue.
– Cuisinevietnams commits to take maximum responsibility when the package has an error that the fault may be caused by Cuisinevietnams or the carrier.
– Cuisinevietnams will return defective and damaged goods caused by Cuisinevietnams in the following 2 forms:
- 100% refund if the product is defective or damaged.
- Return the new product and we bear the full shipping cost.
II. Goods to be returned
– The product is past its expiry date.
– Products are moldy, strange colors, strange smells, modified substances.
– Products are torn, punctured, rusted, leading to product quality assurance.
III. Goods are not returned
– The product is defective due to the customer’s use process.
– Defective or damaged products without documented evidence when opening the package.
– Customers want to exchange or return products when the product is not defective or damaged.
